All shipments will be sent within 4 business days, barring any unforeseen circumstances. If you have an urgent need for quicker processing, please drop us a line and we will do our best to get it out the following day. If a product is out of stock, an e-mail will be sent to the address that you entered. In which case, you will be offered an alternative product or given a time frame for the product to become available...the choice is always yours.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. We made the decision long ago to use plastic containers to reduce the shipping costs (due to weight) and to prevent any breakage. However, a few of our products do come in cobalt glass bottles. Those are bubble wrapped and protected to the best of our ability. If there is any damage in transit, we would like to know about it, we will investigate the situation and handle each situation on a case by case basis.
If there is a problem with a container, if a cap is chronically plugged, for instance, please contact us and we will do our best to get a replacement out to you.
